While it’s hard to track and aggregate all investment in digital and data for an accurate figure, I welcome what you’ve put together here Tom. It’s not hard to see that this area lags dramatically and if you added the opportunity loss / loss of impact that results you would weep. I’m in favour of a digital warehouse of community and social sector tech. I know of entrepreneurs who’ve rescued tech that would have lapsed due to ailing business models in the third sector - of course much of this is proprietary not open source but it could still be warehoused for others to use and eventually converted to open standards…. What can be done and who could run a digital warehouse?
